Providence, RI – March, 27, 2013 – eNow is pleased to announce the opening of its new facility in Warwick, RI.  A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at eNow’s headquarters at 133 Hallene Road, Warwick, RI on Wednesday, March 27th.

The celebration included remarks from Mayor Scott Avedisian, Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, Congressman David Cicilline, and Mr. John Riendeau (Governor Chafee’s office).  Following the remarks from this prestigious group, eNow’s President, Jeff Flath, took the audience through a live demonstration of their technology utilizing the sun to power the truck.

Senator Sheldon Whitehouse said this environmentally friendly company’s success means a lot to Rhode Island.

“We can lay claim to a lot of Rhode Island pride in this new solar technology,” said Senator Whitehouse. “It will save money for the companies that use it and it will protect all of us from the harms of excessive fossil fuel use.”

Both Senator Sheldon Whitehouse and Mayor Scott Avedisian spoke about how the innovations coming from eNow could power job development, produce clean energy and be the start of a national, and eventually, a global business.
