Robert Aquaro, Advisor

Robert has 38 years in automotive and truck product development, testing, management, manufacturing and consulting, most recently with Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America (23 years) and TARA commercial vehicle consulting. An advisor for electric vehicle integration and end user requirements, Mr. Acquaro is a member of SAE and is member of the advisory board for the College of Engineering, Department of Aero Space and Mechanical Engineering at West Virginia University. Robert leads a project involved in the vehicle analysis for power integration, system testing and analysis, and model generation.

 

Alan Campbell, Advisor

Mr. Campell is an entrepreneur and investor. He is currently President and equity partner in Renaissance Publishing, LLC, New Orleans’ largest locally owned media company with the titles New Orleans Magazine, Louisiana Life Magazine and numerous contract publications. He is also an owner and partner in Laurel Communications, an outdoor an transit advertising company in New Orleans. As a former banker with Chase Manhattan Bank, Mr. Campell consults middle market companies on a project bases. Mr. Campell received a B.A. from Brown University and an M.A. from the University of Southern California. Mr. Campell resides in New Jersey.

 

Steve Eaves, Advisor

Steve has 15 years of experience in business and new market development for technology companies including Satcon, TIAX and Arthur D. Little.  At eNow, Steve is responsible for developing business with equipment manufacturers and suppliers. Steve earned a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and his Master in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

 

Andrew Gabor, Advisor

Andrew has 15 years of experience in photovoltaic manufacturing. Mr. Gabor did his Ph.D. graduate research in thin film PV at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory where he invented the 3-Stage process for forming record-efficiency CIGS solar cells. He then switched to crystalline silicon PV and spent 11 years at Evergreen Solar, and later helped found 1366 Technologies in Lexington, MA. Most recently he wrote a 260 page report on Innovations in Crystalline Silicon PV as a consulting analyst for Greentech Media Research. He lives in Providence, RI, and regularly presents guest lectures on the PV industry at Brown University.

 

Gerry Larson, Advisor

Gerry has 40 years of experience in automotive and truck analysis, product design and development and management, most recently with Expert Resource Group, and Navistar International. Mr. Larson has recently worked on integrated power systems, next generation emission systems, fuel systems, thermal systems and EV hybrid drive systems for the commercial truck industry. Mr. Larson is an inventor or co-inventor on approximately 45 patents.

 

Gregg Smart, Advisor

Mr. Smart is a Managing Director at Fenway Partners, having joined the firm in 1999. With over 30 years of private equity and investment banking experience, Mr. Smart is involved in all aspects of the firm’s activities including originating, transacting and overseeing portfolio investments. Mr. Smart currently serves on the boards of American Acheivement, SunTrek, Preferred Freezer and RoadLink Workforce Solutions. Mr. Smart received a B.A. from Davidson College and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Michael Tousignant, Advisor

Mr. Tousignant is a Shareholder, and Director of Accounting and Auditing for KLR Certified Public Accountants, a leading regional accounting firm based in Providence, Rhode Island. He has over 25 years of public accounting experience including at a national firm. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Bryant University.
